 1  主题内容与适用范围

    本标准规定了钢丝的分类方法及与钢丝生产和使用有关的名词术语。

    本标准适用于编写钢丝标准及钢丝在生产使用中的分类。

第一篇  钢丝分类

     钢丝按下列内容分类：

 2  按横截面形状

2．1  圆形钢丝  round wire

2．2  异形钢丝  shaped wire

2．2．1  方形钢丝  square wire

2．2．2  矩形钢丝  rectangular wire

2．2．3  菱形钢丝  diamond wire

2．2．4  扁形钢丝  flat wire

2．2．5  梯形钢丝  trapezoidal wire

2．2．6  三角形钢丝  triangular wire

2．2．7  六角形钢丝  hexagonal wire

2．2．8  椭圆形钢丝  oval wire

2．2．9  弓形钢丝  segmental wire

2．2．10  扇形钢丝  scallop wire

2．2．11  半圆形钢丝  semicircle wire

2．2．12  z字形钢丝  Z-shaped wire

2．2．13  周期断面钢丝  periodical section wire

 3  按尺寸

3．1  特细钢丝  extra fine wire

    直径或截面尺寸不大于0．10mm的钢丝。

3．2  细钢丝  finer wire

    直径或截面尺寸大于0．10～0．50mm的钢丝。

3．3  较细钢丝  fine wire

    直径或截面尺寸大于0．50～1．50mm的钢丝。

3．4  中等钢丝  medium size wire

    直径或截面尺寸大于1．50～3．0mm的钢丝。

3．5  较粗钢丝  thick wire

    直径或截面尺寸大于3．0～6．0mm的钢丝。

3．6  粗钢丝  thicker wire

    直径或截面尺寸大于6．0～8．0mm的钢丝。

3．7  特粗钢丝  extra thick wire

    直径或截面尺寸大于8．0mm的钢丝。

 4  按化学成分

4．1  低碳钢丝  low carbon steel wire

    含碳量不大于0．25％的碳素钢丝。

4．2  中碳钢丝  medium carbon steel wire

    含碳量大于0．25％～0．60％的碳素钢丝。

4．5  高碳钢丝  high carbon steel wire

    含碳量大于0．60％的碳素钢丝。

4．4  低合金钢丝  low alloy steel wire

    含合金元素成分总量不大于5．0％。

4．5  中合金钢丝  medium alloy steel wire

    含合金元素成分总量大于5．0％～10．0％。

4．6  高合金钢丝  high alloy steel wire

    含合金元素成分总量大于10．0％。

4．7  特殊性能合金丝  special property alloy wire

 5  按最终热处理方法

5．1  退火钢丝  annealed wire

5．2  正火钢丝  normalized wire

5．3  淬火并回火(调质)钢丝  quench-tempering wire

5．4  索氏体化(派登脱)处理钢丝  patenting treatment wire

5．5  固溶处理钢丝  solution treatment wire

    注：钢丝在加工过程中进行的中间热处理不作为分类的依据。

 6  按表面加工状态

    注：加工过程中为了润滑而在钢丝表面涂有磷酸盐、铜和其他涂层的钢丝均不属镀层钢丝。

 7  按抗拉强度

7．1  低强度钢丝  lower strength wire

    抗拉强度不大于500MPa的钢丝。

7．2  较低强度钢丝  low strength wire

    抗拉强度大于500～800MPa的钢丝。

7．3  普通强度钢丝  general strength wire

    抗拉强度大于800～1 000MPa的钢丝。

7．4  较高强度钢丝  high strength wire

    抗拉强度大于1 000～2 000MPa的钢丝。

7．5  高强度钢丝  higher strength wire

    抗拉强度大于2 000～3 000MPa的钢丝。

7．6  超高强度钢丝  extra high strength wire

    δb＞3 000 MPa。

 8  按用途

8．1  一般用途钢丝  general purpose wire

8．2  焊接钢丝  welding wire

8．3  捆扎包装钢丝  packaging wire

8．4  制钉钢丝  nail making wire
